In-Person Registration Includes
- Access to sessions, exhibit hall, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches.
- An invitation to the Innovation Celebration on Friday evening
- Post-event digital access to sessions, panel discussions, cases, and more for 6 months following the course. Post-event digital access is not intended, nor approved, as an on-demand learning activity.
Live stream Registration Includes
- Access to the virtual conference platform where sessions will be live streamed.
- Post-event digital access to sessions, panel discussions, cases, and more for 6 months following the course.
- Live stream participation is to be viewed during the live streaming hours posted for the course. This course is not intended, nor approved, as an on-demand learning activity.
Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your registration for the Texas-CIC. In order to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Refund requests must be received in writing to [email protected] by August 6, 2026.
- Refunds will be issued less a $25 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 6, 2026.
- Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Please note that substitutions are permitted at any time prior to August 6, 2026 with written notification to the conference organizers. If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to take advantage of this option and send a colleague in your place.
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy as it allows us to effectively manage the event and provide the best experience possible for our attendees.
