Partnership Hub
Texas-CIC is dedicated to advancing cardiovascular education and innovation, fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals, and addressing critical challenges in cardiovascular care across Texas and neighboring regions. Through this annual symposium, we bring together leading clinicians, researchers, and healthcare teams to share insights, explore emerging technologies, and improve patient outcomes. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality educational experience that not only serves our regional community but also resonates nationally.
Ways to Support
Organizations can support the Texas Cardiovascular Innovations Conference through a variety of opportunities designed to promote meaningful engagement with conference participants while advancing cardiovascular education.
Support options include exhibiting, educational grants, sponsorships, and fellow travel support, each providing unique opportunities to connect with clinicians, showcase innovative technologies, and contribute to the advancement of cardiovascular care. Exhibit space and sponsorships are managed through the Texas-CIC Partnership Hub, our online platform for industry supporters. Please access the Partnership Hub to view the exhibit hall floor plan, explore available sponsorship opportunities, and reserve booth space. The Partnership Hub allows industry partners to view real-time availability, select booth locations, manage exhibitor information, and complete payments securely online. Exhibit space assignments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and early reservation is encouraged to secure preferred booth locations.

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Tear-Down
Exhibits will be located at La Cantera Resort, inside of the San Antonio Ballroom on the lower level. This exhibit location is separate from where the presentations and general sessions take place. It will allow for appropriate interaction between participants and industry.
Standard booth equipment includes:
- One (1) 8′ x 6′ table with linen and two (chairs)
- Submit an Electrical Order directly to the venue
Exhibit set-up starts on Thursday, August 20th between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Exhibits must be set by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21st. Set-up of exhibits will not be allowed while attendees are present. Dismantling of exhibits will take place on Saturday, August 22nd at approximately 2:00 p.m., following the conclusion of the course.
We are committed to creating a fantastic exhibit experience. The 2026 exhibit floor plan features a number of enhancements:
- Over 18,000 square feet of dedicated sponsor and exhibit space
- 4 different booth sizes
- Food and beverage will be served in the exhibit hall.
- Participant seating and cocktail tables throughout the exhibit hall.
- NEW Procedural work stations
Inspire Solutions is the official audio visual provider of the conference. They provide:
- On-site staff for technical support
- Additional and backup inventory on-site
- Delivery and pickup to and from your booth
IMPORTANT: Last day to place an order for the event is Friday, August 21, 2026. A 25% rush charge will go into effect on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
